We received the CDs and they are on the whole families ipods. You and your group have done a great job on the CDs. Thank you very much for the time and talent it took to create them. I'm in the AK Air National Guard and have been for 18 yrs, 4 yrs in the Army, for 22 yrs service to our great country. I found your group by doing a google search for Gospel Bluegrass groups, I went through the list to find the ones that had a true message in the lyrics of their music, and yours was one of the best, true to the Bible (KJV). We attend Bible Baptist Church in Fairbanks AK, www.biblebaptistchurchfairbanks.com , An Independent Fundamental Baptist church. |

I don't have to go to Louisville to hear great music; last Thursday, I only had to go to Coats. Black Creek sang at Ron's Barn, and since the place was packed, I think it's probably safe to say they'll be back on the schedule next year. I used to think I didn't like bluegrass at all, but Craig, Scott and Tracie are changing my mind! They're all great musicians--I guess that's a rule in bluegrass--but I love to hear Black Creek sing, too. They seem to sing a lot Isaacs and Rochesters songs...and I end up liking Black Creek's versions best, especially "I've Come to Take You Home" and "Patching It Up." I've never heard anyone else do "This Blessed Old Book" or "Casting All Your Care," so no matter where they came from, those are Black Creek songs to me. And after hearing a gazillion quartets do "Have a Little Talk with Jesus," it's refreshing to hear it done a little differently! If you want to hear some outstanding bluegrass gospel, pick up Black Creek's brand new CD, "I Come in the Name of the Lord." I can pretty much guarantee that you'll enjoy it! |

Just wanted to say that your CD contained so much Gospel in song and it was such a blessing to me. My son and daughter-in-law gave me the CD for Christmas. When a friend of mine at work was going through a tough time, it was a way for me to share the Gospel with her. She seemed to genuinely be comforted by the Message in the songs. I told her I would get her a copy if I could. The reason I ordered two of your CDs was to give her a copy and have one on stand-by to give to someone else. I share this with you because I want to encourage you to continue God's Message of Salvation in song. I can't help but think of 1 Corinthians 15:58 where we are told that our labor in the Lord is not in vain. God Bless You. - Marian Lewis, Rocky Mount, NC |

Thank you for the visit and the donations that you gave Barbourtown Church of God during our 2nd Annual Turkey Shoot. You are truly a blessing to our church family. This year was a great success in our fundraising, partly due to you and your contributions. May the Lord continue to bless you and yours throughout 2009. We are truly blessed to have had the opportunity to share the Word of God with so many in our community. Once again thank you for all the contributions that helped to make this fundraiser a great success! Please come and join our church in worship. With great appreciation - Barbourtown Church of God Building Committee |

We just want to personally thank you for all that you did for our family. All the prayers that you gave to GOd were truly heard. We may never know why God puts things in our paths, but it is for sure that He is the Master of all plans. We know that each of you prayed for all, as hard as you could and we want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts. May God bless you and bring to you and your families many, many more blessings. God sent you to us on that night, and we will always be grateful. Thank you and may God bless you. - The Dewitts |

Thank you so much for performing to benefit the Christ Community Christmas Closet. The event was a huge success. With your help, we raised $601.70 and collected about 40 toys. Your generosity will bring much joy to many children in Benson and other Johnston County communities this Christmas. Thank you for supporting this ministry. Sincerely - Melissa Tew, CCCC Volunteer, Benson, NC |

Danny, Craig, Scott and Tracie, Had a few minutes to write and tell you that we really appreciated yall coming last Sunday night. We really enjoyed the testimony you shared and all of the good songs you sang. Time just flew by, but Holly and I had a great time in the Lord with you. You're a blessing and thank the Lord for good wholesome music. We look forward to seeing you again. Praying for you as you travel, Todd and Holly Lewis |

I wanted to express my blessing received as you sang at Bethlehem Baptist Church in Jacksonville, NC at our fall festival. The Lord has truly anointed Black Creek with talent but most of all sharing the gospel. There are many groups out there that have great blends but lack the anointing Black Creek has. Keep pressing towards the mark through your God-given talents. I look forward to hearing Black Creek again in the future. May God richly bless all of you keeping you safe as you go to and from all your venues! |

Once again, I find it very difficult finding words to express my gratitude to you for your faithful support and prayers. We could not do what we do without your help and prayers. Thank you for being a faithful partner. Please continue to pray for us and for others to help this Home Mission Work. God Bless You All, Your Missionary to the Highways. - Billy Cashwell, The Highway Shepherd |

Here at Sunlite Radio and Windy City Radio (our live 365 station), we are always glad to feature independent artists such as BLACK CREEK. Their songs are exceptional in quality and anointed by the Holy Spirit. We were very glad to receive the CD and to feature them on our Bluegrass Gospel Channel on Sunlite Radio. We will continue to feature BLACK CREEK on a regular basis on our stations. - Allan Winters, Sunlite Broadcasting, Chicago, IL |

I love BLACK CREEK because they sing about Jesus. I like number 12 (on the CD). - Joey Snow, 4 years old, Benson Grove Baptist Church, Benson, NC |

We thank BLACK CREEK for coming today. What a blessing you are. We enjoyed the music, but we thank you most for the "right" message. It is good to fellowship with those of like precious faith. I look forward to seeing you guys again real soon. We will be praying for you. God bless in all. In Christ - Ruffin Hill, Pastor, 1 John 1:5, Gospel Light Baptist Church, Comfort, NC |

Thank you all for playing a part in our theatre production. You are a blessing. - Naomi Smith, N & N Production Company, Goldsboro, NC |

Ya'll are a blessing! There are so many singing groups that end up putting on a show, even though they proclaim Jesus Christ in their songs. there are so many groups that have their "program" set in stone when they sing and there is no room for the Holy Spirit to work and have His way. All too often, songs contain a "watered down" gospel, but you are not like that at all. Every song you sing has a message, and every time we've heard you, we can see that you all practice what you preach through testimony and song. Don't ever stop singing "It Is Well With My Soul," because that is the real question everyone must answer. God bless you all. - Todd and Holly Lewis, Liberty Baptist Church, Greensboro, NC |
|
I wanted to say you've made a difference for God's Kingdom. I met a gentleman from Coats, NC who had heard you and said you were awesome. I enjoyed it when I heard ya'll at Mike Courtney's church some months back. thank you for being servant leaders in Christ. - Anthony Barbour, Fayetteville, NC |
